Create your design in Canva, another graphics tool, or the Bonfilet MCP. You can use your own fonts, colors and background patterns.
PNG artwork from Canva
Create a custom canvas: 2000px wide × 100px high. The finished design area is 160 × 8mm per side.
Create two pages: one for the front, one for the back. Use the blank PNG below as a size reference.
Add your text and patterns. Fill the entire background with your chosen color. Do not include dimensions, guide borders or explanatory labels in the artwork.
Export each side as a separate PNG, up to 2MB each, with a 20:1 aspect ratio. Extract ZIP downloads before uploading. For a plain back, supply a solid-color PNG. Avoid transparent backgrounds.
Open your partner invitation, choose EN, and use “Upload PNG artwork” to select both sides. Click “Apply these images to the preview”. Check the preview before ordering.
This is a size-reference image, not a shared template in a Canva account. No Canva integration or subscription is required by Bonfilet.
Designs from the Bonfilet MCP
Export your selected proposal using export_submission. Choose the JSON under “Import an MCP design”. Both sides will be imported. Enter your quantity separately on the order page.
Ordering
Contact our team first to discuss partner terms. After receiving your invitation, upload your artwork, choose the quantity and destination, and check the total. International orders are prepaid by card in USD. Our team checks payment and specifications before submitting the order to the factory.
Sharing a proposal
Keep the HTML proposal as your editable reference. For sharing, open it in a browser and use Print → Save as PDF. Check that text and images are not clipped before sending.
